RETARD BUFFER
FEED-ADDITIVE PREMIX
RUMEN BUFFER WITH RETARD EFFECT

DESCRIPTION: In the lactation and fattening periods animals are fed by rich fodder that entails acidification of the rumen content as a direct consequence. The detrimental change in pH is tried to be compensated by various alkalifying buffer substances. The drawback of using non-retard alkalifying substances is that they exert their impact without any transition and the intensity of their effect is not even. Due to its external protective layer, the retard rumen buffer will be solved in the rumen liquid more slowly and delayed compared to the substances (sodium bicarbonate, magnesium oxide) that were traditionally used for the same purpose. The small volume of buffer substance that is released gradually will increase the pH of the rumen to a small extent only and thus the fluctuation of the rumen pH is reduced.

RECOMMENDED USE:
Benefits of its use:
-promotes the optimum rumen fermentation and rapid proliferation of microbes;
-enhances appetite after parturition and increases the feed intake;
-moderates the nutrient deficiency status;
-rumen acidosis can be prevented;
-higher milk production level can be achieved;
-high fluctuations of rumen pH can be prevented;
-promotes subsistence of rumen flora and thus also the optimum fermentation;
-the acetic acid production increases in the rumen thus it raises the volume of the milk fat.
